Are you a plan provider?
No. InHouse Dental is the platform. The practice is the plan provider — you set policies and make decisions.
Does this create more admin?
No — it’s designed to be boring and predictable for staff, with clear visibility of sign-ups, Direct Debits, and payment events.
What happens if a payment fails?
We surface failures clearly, but we don’t make decisions for you. The practice decides what to do next.
Do you include insurance / worldwide emergency cover?
No. If you want to offer cover, you can arrange that independently and include it in your plan pricing.
Do patients pay a sign-up fee?
No. We don’t charge patients to join — because they’re not our patients. They’re yours.
What about GoCardless fees?
Standard Direct Debit processing fees apply. The typical savings come from removing per-patient admin fees.
