£500 onboarding + a flat monthly platform fee
We charge practices (not patients). Your patients remain your patients — not ours. As your plan grows, you’re better off because you’re not paying a per-patient admin fee every month.

GoCardless fees
Standard Direct Debit processing fees apply (as they would with any provider). The savings typically come from removing per-patient admin fees — not from removing payment processing costs.

Your fee band is based on how many active plan patients you have. As your plan grows, you’re better off — because you’re not paying a per-patient admin charge every month.

InHouse Dental is the platform. The practice is the plan provider. We don’t make decisions on your behalf — we give you clear visibility and let you run your plan your way.
What you don’t pay
Traditional plan providers often add extra layers of cost that increase as your plan succeeds. InHouse Dental is designed to remove those layers.
  • No patient sign-up fee. We don’t charge patients to join — because they’re not our patients. They’re yours.
  • No per-patient admin charges. Your monthly platform fee is banded and predictable, rather than rising endlessly per patient.
  • No bundled insurance. We don’t bundle emergency cover. If you want to include that, you can arrange it independently.
