Set up your practice
We configure your practice environment, branding, staff access, and plans.
Direct Debit cut-off: fixed at 10 working days before collection to protect against missed collections.

Invite patients
Staff send secure sign-up links. Patients complete their details and set up their Direct Debit directly. No paperwork. Clear status visibility for your team.

Collect and manage memberships
Collections are made via GoCardless Direct Debit. Payment events are visible and traceable.
Failed payments: highlighted clearly — the practice decides what happens next.
