Terms & Conditions

Last updated: 19 January 2026

These Terms & Conditions govern the use of the InHouse Dental platform. By accessing or using the platform, you agree to these Terms.

The platform

InHouse Dental provides a software platform that enables dental practices to operate and administer their own dental membership plans.

InHouse Dental does not:

  • Provide dental or clinical services
  • Provide insurance or indemnity
  • Enter into membership agreements with patients

Relationship with practices

The platform is provided to dental practices and their authorised staff.

Practices are solely responsible for:

  • The membership plans they offer
  • Pricing, benefits and eligibility
  • Patient communications
  • Compliance with applicable healthcare, consumer and data protection laws

Patient membership plans

Dental membership plans offered through the InHouse Dental platform are created, operated and managed by individual dental practices.

Any agreement entered into by a patient in relation to a membership plan is solely between the patient and the relevant dental practice.

InHouse Dental is not a party to any agreement between a practice and a patient.

InHouse Dental acts solely as a technology and administration provider.

Practice responsibilities

Each practice is solely responsible for:

  • Providing its own patient-facing membership terms
  • Providing its own patient privacy notice
  • Providing Direct Debit information relevant to its membership plans
  • Ensuring all patient documentation is legally compliant

Practices must supply valid URLs to these documents within the platform.

Payments and Direct Debits

The platform facilitates Direct Debit payments on behalf of practices using third-party payment providers.

InHouse Dental does not receive membership payments as principal and does not set payment terms.

Availability and support

We aim to provide a reliable platform but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Scheduled maintenance and updates may occur from time to time.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, InHouse Dental is not liable for losses arising from:

  • Membership agreements between practices and patients
  • Clinical services provided by practices

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
